Management

    The Management is the team that runs the day-to-day programs of the organization. They prepare proposals, search for funding sources, and annual operation budgets, liaise with international partners, development agencies, etc., prepare specific operation procedures (SOP) to achieve the targets/activities set out in approved proposals, plan and undertake field activities, prepare progress reports and other activities that may be suggested by the Board of Directors and Advisors. The management is headed by the Executive Director who sets out and give direction to the organization based on consultation with the Board of Directors and Advisors. The Executive Director is assisted by the Project Coordinator who, reporting to the Executive Director, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization. There are also the research officer, who oversees research work, and the administrative secretary, who is responsible for the day-to-day administration and correspondence work of the organization. Other management staff include the accountant, the field liaison/borehole mechanic as well as the driver.

    Mr. Benjamin Adu Agyei

    Mr. Benjamin Adu Agyei

    Benjamin Adu Agyei is an Accountant with over seven (7) years’ experience. He has worked with Family Support Lifeline (FASUL) since 2011 and has been at the forefront of FASUL’s key activities like the Ghana Wells Evaluation and Mitigation Project as the Project Accountant. He participates in FASUL’s research work including research conception, field data collection, interviews, data entry and transcription and editing. Since 2014, he has collaborated with research teams/staff from the University of Chicago’s Centre for Global Health (CGH) who visit FASUL from time to time. Previously, Benjamin worked with Africa Motors, SMAYAK Hotel and Mountain View Senior High School as accountant. He is a dedicated person whose approach is client-oriented and always focuses on the wider goal.

    Benjamin holds a BSc in Accounting and Information System from Regent University College, Accra, Ghana and a diploma in accounting from the Takoradi Technical University. He also holds a diploma in Leadership and Management from Shaw Academy, UK and certificate in Project Management, from Course Gate, UK. Benjamin also has a certificate in Cleaning and Hygiene from Johnson Diversity Cleaning Solutions Ltd., Accra Ghana and a Microsoft Office User Certificate.
