Management

    The Management is the team that runs the day-to-day programs of the organization. They prepare proposals, search for funding sources, and annual operation budgets, liaise with international partners, development agencies, etc., prepare specific operation procedures (SOP) to achieve the targets/activities set out in approved proposals, plan and undertake field activities, prepare progress reports and other activities that may be suggested by the Board of Directors and Advisors. The management is headed by the Executive Director who sets out and give direction to the organization based on consultation with the Board of Directors and Advisors. The Executive Director is assisted by the Project Coordinator who, reporting to the Executive Director, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization. There are also the research officer, who oversees research work, and the administrative secretary, who is responsible for the day-to-day administration and correspondence work of the organization. Other management staff include the accountant, the field liaison/borehole mechanic as well as the driver.

    Project Accountant

    Benjamin Adu Agyei is an experienced accountant with over 7 years in the field, playing a vital role at Family Support Lifeline (FASUL) since 2011. He notably served as the Project Accountant for the Ghana Wells Evaluation and Mitigation Project. Benjamin's expertise includes comprehensive research skills, ranging from project conception to data collection and analysis. Since 2014, he has partnered with the University of Chicago's Centre for Global Health (CGH).

    He possesses a strong educational background in accounting and finance, holding a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the esteemed Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Ghana. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Regent University College, Ghana.

    In addition to his degrees, Benjamin has pursued various diploma and certificate programs to enhance his skills. He completed a Diploma in Accounting from Takoradi Technical University and a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Shaw Academy in the UK.

    His certifications include a Certificate in Project Management from Course Gate in the UK, a Certificate in Cleaning and Hygiene from Johnson Diversity Cleaning Solutions Limited in Ghana, and a Microsoft Office certification. Benjamin also possesses competencies in Human Resource Management, as well as Performance and Reward Management. This extensive educational background and diverse skill set position Benjamin to excel in his professional endeavors.
