The Patron is the ceremonial head of the organization. S/he does not take part in the daily decision-making of the organization but is informed on the progress of the organization from time to time.

The patron position is currently occupied by Mrs. Akosua Fuaah Eduful, the widow of the founder, the late Peter Felix Kojo Eduful.

The Board of Directors set the overarching framework for the operation of the organization, which typically revolves round the vision and mission of the organization. The Directors hold at least one regular meeting every quarter and emergency meetings as and when necessary.

The Board of Advisors provide advice and recommendations to the organization from time to time. They meet twice a year and make written recommendations/advise to the Management through the Executive Director, who in turn informs the Board of Directors. Once agreed by the Board of Directors, the Management, headed by the Executive Director develops implementation tool from the recommendations/advise.

The Management is the team that runs the day-to-day programs of the organization. They prepare proposals, search for funding sources, and annual operation budgets, liaise with international partners, development agencies, etc., prepare specific operation procedures (SOP) to achieve the targets/activities set out in approved proposals, plan and undertake field activities, prepare progress reports and other activities that may be suggested by the Board of Directors and Advisors.
