Management

    The Management is the team that runs the day-to-day programs of the organization. They prepare proposals, search for funding sources, and annual operation budgets, liaise with international partners, development agencies, etc., prepare specific operation procedures (SOP) to achieve the targets/activities set out in approved proposals, plan and undertake field activities, prepare progress reports and other activities that may be suggested by the Board of Directors and Advisors. The management is headed by the Executive Director who sets out and give direction to the organization based on consultation with the Board of Directors and Advisors. The Executive Director is assisted by the Project Coordinator who, reporting to the Executive Director, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization. There are also the research officer, who oversees research work, and the administrative secretary, who is responsible for the day-to-day administration and correspondence work of the organization. Other management staff include the accountant, the field liaison/borehole mechanic as well as the driver.

    Mr Ignatus Kpobi Ndemole

    Ignatus Kpobi Ndemole is the project coordinator for Family Support Lifeline (FASUL). As the project coordinator, Ignatus facilitates coordination and collaboration among the FASUL field team, the Board of Directors, and the beneficiary communities. He oversees project planning, execution, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting.Ignatus is currently an MPhil Student in sociology in the Department of Sociology and Social Work, KNUST-Kumasi with a peculiar interest in women’s experiences with the traditional adjudication systems of conflicts in Ghana. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from KNUST and obtained First Class. He is committed to ensuring equal opportunity for all, especially for women and children in vulnerable situations.

    From a wider scope, however, he is interested in conflict management and peacebuilding issues, Human Security and Rural Poverty Alleviation. He is a passionate conflicts analyst and self-motivated community worker with 4 years of research experience in peacebuilding and rural community studies. He is an intrinsically motivated expert in adopting interdisciplinary approaches including ADR techniques to manage conflict and build peace in society. He has special capabilities in ending hostilities and societal disintegration through excellent communication skills acquired. His sense of quest for a solid background and expert knowledge in peacebuilding motivates him to pursue a career in ensuring the harmonious co-existence of members of society relevant to achieving the collective goal of society.
