Board Of Advisors

    The Board of Advisors provide advice and recommendations to the organization from time to time. They meet twice a year and make written recommendations/advise to the Management through the Executive Director, who in turn informs the Board of Directors. Once agreed by the Board of Directors, the Management, headed by the Executive Director develops implementation tool from the recommendations/advise.

    Dr. Annie Opoku

    Dr. Annie Opoku

    Annie has strong leadership skills with excellent clinical practice and knowledge of general management of medical practices. Strategic management with excellent customer care service experience, reproductive health counseling, especially teenage pregnancy, mother and child under 5 care. She has a multidisciplinary experience in global health management. Accepting responsibilities and capable of combining work as a medical practitioner with evangelizing Jesus Christ to clients or patients according to Matthew 9:38 at all levels as opportunity avails. Dr. Opoku previously served as a medical director at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), maternal and child health hospital, the Tafo government hospital and currently, since 2018, as the medical director of Saint Anne’s clinic, a private clinic. She has also previously served as coordinator for global health initiatives under the University of Chicago’s Center for Global Health (CGH) initiatives in Ghana, a coordinator for laboratory initiative, Fundacion PROBITAS and a Vice President of Alliance Française, Kumasi, Ghana. Dr Annie Opoku holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Sympheropol Medical International, Ukraine and a certificate in International Sonography FONDACION PROBITAS, SPAIN ISUOG. Before the untimely demise of the Founder of FASUL, Dr. Opoku oversaw the health initiative programs of FASUL and has, since 2013, acted as an advisor to FASUL.
